How it works
Step 1
Open the first knot on the bulk bag outlet and push the tensioning ring onto the protruding discharge hose
Step 2
Position the Fledbag® Easy on the discharge hose from underneath
Step 3
Pull down and fasten the tensioning ring with the discharge hose on the Fledbag® Easy
Step 4
Open the second knot on the outlet so that the content can run into the Fledbag® Easy. Open the slide to empty

What does the Fledbag® do?
The Fledbag® allows you to safely and precisely dispense product from bulk bags, without the need to cut them open. It's perfect for seed, fertiliser, pellets, and more.
How does it work?
Both Fledbag® models make it easy to empty bulk bags safely, accurately, and without the mess but each version has its own style of operation:
Fledbag® Original: Simply place the Fledbag® on the ground, lower your bulk bag onto it so the spike pierces the bag & lift again. The Fledbag® will stay attached, pull the device down to secure, and use the handle to open or close the valve as needed to dispense content.
Fledbag® Easy: Attach the Fledbag® to the chute of your bulk bag using the tension ring, then fasten the discharge hose and the neck of the Fledbag® together. Open the knot on the bag outlet to allow the contents to flow into the Fledbag®. Use the handle to open the device and dispense as needed, then close it again to safely seal off the flow.
Is it suitable for all types of bulk bags?
Yes. Use the Fledbag® Original for standard single-use bulk bags, or the Fledbag® Easy for reusable bags with discharge chutes.
Why use a Fledbag® instead of cutting the bag open?
It is faster, cleaner, and safer. You stay in control of the flow, there's no product waste or dust, and the bag can be resealed with the Fledbag for the next dispensing task.
Is it durable?
Absolutely. It's made from reinforced, glass-fibre polyamide which is corrosion-free, impact-resistant, and designed for tough Australian conditions.
What products can I use it with?
Grain, seed, fertiliser, pellets, salt, animal feed, food ingredients and granules - anything free-flowing and dry.
