Unibox™FAQs
What is the UniBox™?
The UniBox™ is a reusable, heavy-duty container designed to safely store, transport and dispense bulk granular products like seed, grain, feed, pellets, or powder. It's built for one-person operation and replaces dangerous bulk bags.
How does the UniBox™ make work safer and easier?
It removes the need for lifting or cutting unstable bulk bags, meaning less risk of spills, contamination or accidents. One person can fill, move, and empty it safely and efficiently.
How do I empty the UniBox™?
Each UniBox™ has a smooth, funnel-shaped interior with a central discharge port. You can operate it manually or use the Box Bullet — a remote-controlled unit that lets you open and close the gate in seconds.
Is the UniBox™ Sustainable?
Yes it's 100% reusable, stackable, and recyclable. It's built to last for 10+ years and helps cut down on waste from single-use bulk bags.
What sizes are available?
Four sizes: Small (0.56 m³), Medium (0.84 m³), Large (1.65 m³) and X-Large (1.93 m³) with stacking limits up to 8-high.
Where is it used?
Anywhere that bulk product needs to be stored, handled, or transported safely:
- Agriculture – seed, grain, and fertiliser handling and storage.
- Construction – bulk transport of sand, cement, aggregates, and powders.
- Mining & Minerals – safe movement of ores, minerals, and processed materials.
- Food Processing & Manufacturing – handling flour, sugar, salt, and other bulk ingredients.
- Chemical & Industrial Manufacturing – transport of resins, pellets, powders, and raw inputs.
- Landscaping & Horticulture – storage and movement of soil, mulch, fertiliser, and substrate blends.
Fledbag® FAQs
What is the Fledbag® Original?
It's a flexible dispenser that penetrates bulk bags from below, allowing you to control and meter the flow of product without manual handling. Think of it as a tap for your bulk bags.
How is this safer than cutting bags?
You never have to stand under a suspended load or climb on machinery. The bag is penetrated from below while safely suspended, eliminating the risk of injury from falling bags, broken straps, or sudden product flow.
Can I partially empty a bag?
Yes! That's one of the key benefits. Use the vario slide to stop flow completely, and the residual product stays sealed in the bag for your next dispensing task. No more emptying entire bags when you only need half.
Can I leave the Fledbag in bag for storage?
Yes, you can leave the FLEDBAG® in the bulk bag, and lower onto ground or surface for storage.
What's the difference between Original and Easy?
The Original penetrates standard disposable bulk bags through the fabric, while the Easy model is attached to the discharge chute of reusable bulk bags. Choose Original for standard bulk bags without discharge spouts.
How durable is it?
The C-modified polyamide fibreglass construction is incredibly robust - it won't rust, corrode, or break under normal use. Austrian engineering backed by a 2-year warranty and proven in Australian conditions.
What flow rates can I expect?
Flow rates vary by product density and particle size, but you can control everything from a trickle to full flow. The vario slide gives you complete control over dispensing speed.
Which part of the bag should I pierce?
FLEDBAG® Original should be inserted slightly off-centre when the bulk bag includes a discharge chute, rather than directly at the outlet. For reusable bulk bags, we recommend the FLEDBAG® Easy, which connects securely to the chute for safe, controlled emptying without damaging the bag.
Rombus FAQs
Got a question? We're here to help.
What is Rombus?
An Australian-made modular pavement system that replaces traditional concrete slabs. Lightweight, flexible, and strong enough to handle 10,000+ Tonnes per m².
How does it work?
Rombus grids interlock and are filled with 4-4.8mm of concrete, creating a high-strength, low-thickness slab that installs quickly and performs for decades.
Where is Rombus made?
Rombus is manufactured in Australia from 100% recycled polypropylene.
What are the main benefits?
The system uses up to 90% less concrete, making it faster to install, more sustainable, and far better for the environment. The interlocking grids mean minimal downtime and long-term durability, built to last.
What’s the difference between Rombus Grid (V1) & Fusion (V2)?
Rombus Grid: 1000mm X 1000mm X 40mm, diamond-pattern, edging required, and expansion joints every 20 m² to ensure stability and long-term performance. Weight: 5.4kg Gross area per sheet: 1m2
Fusion V2: 1166 X 1166m X 48mm, hexagon pattern, overlaps so no joins or edging required. Weight: 6.1kg Gross area per sheet: 1.36m2
Has it been proven in the field?
Rio Tinto’s Hope Downs 4 Mine - Warehouse needed a sealed, dust-free floor, but extensive slab damage and an unstable subgrade initially pointed to a full demolition and rebuild as the only viable solution. Rhombus provided a saving ~$480,000 and 127 tonnes of CO₂ emissions while reducing downtime by 20 days. Link to case study
Aurizon’s Kalgoorlie Container Terminal - Rombus replaced damaged concrete with a fast, modular system that saved $350,000, cut over 172,000 kg of CO₂, and had the site operational again within seven days. Link to case study
Can you cut Rombus around obstacles?
Yes Rombus works great for navigating around obstacles and creating a seamless look
Bulk Bag Stand FAQs
What is the Bulk Bag Stand?
A stable, secure stand that holds and supports bulk bags up to 1,500kg. It keeps bags upright on a stable base and allows safe, controlled emptying. Designed and Certified to Australian Safety Standards.
How does it improve safety?
The Bulk Bag Stand eliminates the need for working under suspended loads, with adjustable restraint chains and stable platform meaning no more dangerous swinging bags, broken straps, or sudden load shifts that can cause serious injury or death.
Can it be used with a Fledbag®?
Yes! The Bulk Bag Stand and Fledbag® make the perfect pair for safe, precise control when emptying your bags. The combination gives you complete flow control without any manual handling.
Can I leave bags on the stand between tasks?
Absolutely. Unlike keeping bags on machinery, you can safely leave filled bags on stands while switching equipment or waiting for the right conditions - no machinery tied up, no safety risks.
What sizes are available?
Four variations available to suit your needs:
- Platform only 1100mm × 1100mm base
